Refund policy

Every magnet is printed to order just for you, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your magnet arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email us at canada@truenorth.services within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund. If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll make it right.
