Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases from True North Designs. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products. All magnets are printed to order. Colours may look slightly different in person than on your screen. Our magnets are designed for flat, smooth steel surfaces and won’t stick to plastic, fiberglass or aluminum. Please follow the care instructions on each product page. We’re not responsible for damage caused by improper use or by leaving a magnet on for long periods without removing and cleaning it.

Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars, or Canadian dollars for Canadian customers, and may change without notice. Payment is collected at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Shipping. We offer free shipping to the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Some orders to Canada may ship from the U.S. and may be subject to customs or brokerage fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns and refunds. Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual property. All designs, images and text on this site belong to True North Designs and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
